Initial Comments:
On January 17, 2019, an acceptable Plan of Correction was approved with a corrective action date of February 11, 2019, Everyday Home Care LLC, is in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries.
